Functions of Data Processor Milk Tester |
| The member's identity or code no. is fed through the keypad on every collection of milk. The rate of fat is also pre fed for cow and buffalo separately. The weight of milk can be fed automatically by interfacing an electronic weighing scale with the processor or it can be manually fed through the keyboard. The CLR can also be fed with the keyboard for calculation of milk.

Rate of our Data Process Milk Tester is calculates on fat & CLR basis. The readout of fat percentage, weight of milk & calculated price of the milk along with the code number of the farmer supplier is displayed on the alphanumeric display. All these figures (Fat, Rate, Weight, code no. & price) is made available to the milk producer through hard copy print out on the slip.

Milk receipt to be teared off and be given to the milk producer. The parameters
of fat contents, weight of the milk and the amount to be paid to the member is displayed
on the indicators mounted separately at any convenient point. The data processor
stores the data fed by the operator /EMT for one month and data is made available
to the operator via hard copy print out on the Printer on Daily/weekly/10 day’s
basis as required. The Data Processor Milk Tester can be run on a battery in case
of power failure, as on option.
